I'm a big fan of salsa, and I've tried almost every one from Trader Joe's. My favorite has to be the Habanero and Lime Salsa. Despite the fact that this salsa includes the world's spiciest pepper, the Habanero, I would only rate this as a "medium" salsa. I'm not a serious chili-head (I don't enjoy pain), so don't let the name scare you. The salsa has a slightly sweet and fruity taste.
The Wikipedia has an interesting entry on the Habanero pepper.
I put salsa on eggs, in Mexican food (typically quesadillas, nachos, or burritos), mixed in with black beans, and I also use it to baste grilled chicken. I will pour a jar into chili if I'm rushing the recipe or to add additional flavor.
Trader Jose's Habanero & Lime salsa costs $2.29 per jar.
Different strokes for different folks, I suppose -- I think this salsa is vile. It's made with lime oil, not juice, which gives it a unpleasantly pungent flavor. I love limes and habaneros, and must report that any hint of habanero is completely lacking from this salsa.

My son brought your tomatoeless salsa (corn salsa) and it was the best. He bought it in Minneapolis, Minn area and was wondering if you sell it in the St Cloud, Minn area. I just love it!! Harv
