If you absolutely must speak with someone at the Trader Joe's corporate office you can call them at 626-599-3700 (customer service is extension 3035). If you want to sent them a thank-you note, suggestion or complaint, you can mail it to:
West coast: Trader Joe's, PO Box 5049, Monrovia, CA 91017
East coast: 117 Kendrick Street, Suite 700, Needham, MA 02494
There's also a lot of great information on the Trader Joe's Web site.
I've been shopping at your San Rafael store in San Rafael, CA for years, however I live in southern Marin. Any chance you are considering opening a store in the Sausalito, Mill Valley area? I love the San Rafael store but parking is such a problem that I tend to avoid weekends and evenings and get stuck going to Safeway a lot of the time.
Many of my friends and neighbors have the same conern.

As far as I have read there are NO plans for any TEXAS Trader Joe's openings.. :( Yes this is very very dissapointing.... HOWEVER, Life would be better if those of us that have ZERO access to a Trader Joe's could shop online.
Dear Joe, what is the possibility of a TraderJoesshop.com..? It's by no means a new concept... and YOU know there are SO MANY of us that would pay double, triple shipping charges just to have the Trader Joe's ship to us. PLEASE Please open an online store front..!! desparate in Texas for a Trader Joe!

Hi TJ
Please come and open a store in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area, also known as "the Triangle" in North Carolina.
Our area has one of the highest ratios of people with college degrees in the country due to our three major universities. We also have the highest ratio of physicians in the country. The median income in this area is $45 000+.
The "grocery stores" around here suck!
Please come save us! ;)
Thanks!!

After moving from Phoenix, I totally miss T. J.'s. There's a rumor you're coming to Atlanta. Is this true???
Posted by: A. | July 25, 2006 at 05:14 PM
Since so many of us greatly miss T.J's products how about offering them online or even through Amazon.com ?
The Internet is a fantastic shopping tool and we would gladly pay shipping instead of having to drive 100's of miles to the nearest store!!!
Thanks for all the great products!

Is Trader Joes interested in buying original recipes from their customers?
Posted by: Erin Coffin | July 29, 2006 at 09:06 PM
hi....bought some TJ's Quinoa for the first time a few months ago and followed the recipe on the box and LOVED it!! Am out of town staying with relatives who have never had Quinoa. Would love to make the phenomenally ez and phenomenally tasty recipe on the box, but can't find the recipe anywhere on Google. They live in a smaller town here in Indiana and there are no TJ's :(
Is there any way that you can e-mail me the recipe or a link?
If you can't, I understand. But it would be awesome if you could!!!!
Thanks.

The Quad Cities area,Rock Island, Moline, Davenport, and Bettendorf areas in Illinois and Iowa are in need of a TJ's. We love your store and have to travel 3 hours to the nearest store. PLEASE consider placing a store in our area. Thousands of people would be happy and save us gas money (and you know what's happening to the gas prices these days. Thanks.

Please build a store in Big Bear Lake, California, not only do we love Trader Joes, it would be a gold mine here! Remember, this is a very popular tourist location, with 4 seasons in Southern California along with about 20,000 permanent residents. Thanks!

Hi, I live in Fort Collins Colorado. Money Magazine just voted us the Best Town (under 300,000) to live in. However, there is no Trader Joes. I am a displaced Californian from San Mateo and of course we had a Trader Joes. I really miss you guys. We have Whole Foods, Wild Oats and a number of super stores in our town. Again, no Trader Joes. I have to bug my friends in California to send me your seasonings. Everything else is unfortuantely to expensive to mail or can't be easily mailed. Fort Collins would be a great place to open a store. I bet it would do well. Thanks for listening and please consider it.

I live in Colorado and can strongly recommend that we NEED a Trader Joe's here! It seems that on a regular (weekly?) basis, I end up in coversation with someone about TJ products and how wonderful they are, which leads to conversation about "why don't we have TJ'S?" My friends and business associates have a deal - if anyone is traveling within an hour of a Trader Joe's, they must take a shopping list for us and bring back our requests (within reason). Please consider Colorado - it would be wildly successful here! (denver, boulder, fort collins, anywhere in the foothills, littleton, lakewood...so many choices!)

I am the creator and owner of The New York Gourmet Kitchen's
Veloso Gourmet Ketchup. These three international flavors will change the way people think of ketchup. They are all natural, we use fruit juices instead of water and corn syrup/fructose, they are kosher, 1/4 of the sugar and salt of regular ketchup. We used 1/4 sweet potato puree for depth of flavor and natural sugar. The Bordeaux Roasted Garlic and Thyme is great on red meat. The Mediterranean Lemon & Lime is fabulous on any seafood. The Santa Fe Jalapeno will kick up any dish you like.
How can we get these great products on Trader Joe's shelves???
Check it out...

I recently relocated to the Heart-of-Illinois (Greater Peoria Area) from Eugene, OR. How soon will you have a TJ's in this area? 3 hours is just too long of a drive to wait to get your specialities & Two Buck Chuck!!!
I really miss shopping at a local Trader Joe's...

I am a long time Trader Joe's shopper and always purchase the Trader Joe Soy Milk (the original). Will it ever come in a larger container and taste the same? The larger container for the original tastes sweeter than the smaller for some reason...
And more importantly will you ever be able to get the soy milk into RECYCLABLE containers? I ask very often when I go to the local TJ's whether or not the soy milk will be put into something recyclable but no one ever seems to know...
Hoping TJ's will consider more environmentally-friendly packaging in the future!

P.S. As a teacher, are field trips available to TJ's?

My family recently moved from SoCal to Boulder, CO. Any plans to build a TJ's here. It is the one thing we REALLY miss. We hope to see one here soon!

We are in desparate need of a Trader Joe's. Our area is one of the fastest growing communities in Western Maryland. We are becoming popular with people who can no longer afford to live in suburban Washington, DC or Baltimore or Virginia. We have nothing like Trader Joe's in our area. We are in the tri-state area of MD, PA, and WV. and are certain a TJ would be very profitable for you. Please consider placing a store in Hagerstown, MD.
Thank you!

Rhode Islanders want Trader Joe's. We want to eat healthy in RI, but good food is just too expensive at Whole Foods, this area's only other related store. TJ's has healthy food & great prices... it's just too far away. A Trader Joe's in Rhode Island will lead to stronger, smarter State of Rhode Island.

I live in Monmouth County, NJ, 2 miles from the Jersey Shore and the Red Bank area. I used to live in Norwalk, CT and loved shopping at Trader Joe's! We need a Trader Joe's here! The closest one is an hour away. Wegman's just opened a store in Ocean. The K-mart Shopping Center on Route 36 in West Long Branch has a perfect retail space available for rent with ample, easy parking! Please open one in our area.
